“The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. ”

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“早歺需要改善，太差了，请拿做正歺的热情做早餐！政策也不灵活，住了50多天的老客户也不给延迟退房，一个下午没地方去呆大厅里很尴尬”

“1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……

“It was a wonderful stay. The hotel owners are friendly, hospitable, and helpful in every way. It has a warm atmosphere. The room is clean, and trash is collected daily. Items that are used up are replaced. The hotel is located in the Boya Forest, with a wonderful view. Bus stops are very close, making it easy to get to everywhere. Boyana holds a lot of history, and the trekking areas are magnificent.”
