"Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."

"Good amount of space with the 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was adequately stocked for simple cooking. Our room even had a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree!"
"This a great family hotel in a quiet area of Asakusa with quick access to everything (metro, restaurant, Donki, supermarket, 711, Familymart). We had a room with king bed and bunk beds and it was the perfect size. We especially enjoyed the washer/dryer combo. Staff was super friendly. "
"The place is only 8 minutes or so walk from Ueno Station, 30 second walk from Seven-Eleven where one can get everything! Hotel staffs are friendly! Hotel is in good condition! We enjoyed staying at this facility! "
"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever I had a query. The area that the hotel is in is very convenient it’s close to a lot of food places and is about a 5 minute walk from Asakusa Station. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely re book at this hotel"
