It was a fine accommodation with a great location and price. We picked this place because they advertised saunas and spas but they were all closed because of CoVid I’m guessing. Check in was brief and easy

가성비 좋은 설악파인
오래된 리조트라 시설이 노후된 것을 감안하고 온다면 저렴한 가격으로 이 정도 가성비도 없을 것 같습니다. 연 1~2회 매년 찾는 속초인데도 이번에 처음 묵었습니다. 다음에 속초 오면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

시설 노후는 평가하신대로 노후되어 있습니다. 처음 예약할시 온돌의 따듯함에 맞추어서 예약을 해서 나름 잠을 아주 푹 잘 잤습니다. 간만에 등 따시게 자니 너무 좋았어요. 나름 가성비 대비 만족합니다.

너무 불편ㆍ매우 불만족
테이블ㆍ슬리퍼ㆍ의자하나없고 청결상태도 더렵기 그지없어 놀랐습니다~ 천정도 물이샌곳을 덪붙인것이 이곳저곳보이고 어이없어 웃다왔어요~ 반드시 수리와 깨끗한 관리가 필요하며 투숙객이 앉을자리하나 없이 너무 불편한곳입니다

울산바위전망 굿입니다!!
프런트 직원의 친절한 안내가 좋았고, 디럭스 A타입이었는데, 룸이 리모델링 되어서 깨끗한 상태였습니다. 그리고 난방 온도가 딱 적당해서 좋았습니다. 아쉬운건 B타입만 욕조가 있어서 온천수를 충분히 즐기지 못해서 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 울산바위 전망은 완전 굿이었습니다~

It is very close to the entrance of Mt. Seorak and hot spring. There is no Sauna and swimming pool.

이불에서" 솜"자체에서 냄새가나요.
다른것은 다좋은데 이불에서 냄새가 나서 불편해요. 숙박시설 전체가 이불을 교환해야 될것같은데..

에어컨에는 곰팡이가 피어있고 방과 화장실 전등은 나갔고 온천수가 공급된다는 이유로 온수만 나오고 냉수가 나오지 않음. 금연 객실을 확인했음에도 불구하고 담배 냄새가 심하게 남

25평형이라 방이 두개였고 넓고 침구류도 넉넉히 있어 편리했어요 아쉬운점은 화장실 세면대 물이 느리게 내려가더라구요. 저렴하게 잘 쉬고 왔어요.
