Outstanding Ocean Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was the perfect place to get away from colder weather for an extended stay! The condo was as pictured and gave us plenty of room to make some of our meals, and entertain friends. We even saw dolphins a couple of times during our stay.

Terrific Home in the heart of Del Mar

Footsteps from the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Quiet Street during the evening. Active during the day. I'm not sure what the standards are for providing dish cleaner and detergent. We simply bought our own at Trader Joes for a reasonable price. Nevertheless, we would stay at this residence again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was year 2 for us in SUR43 and all things considered we will be booking year 3 in the near future! We love the area and the ease of getting anything you could possibly need within 10 mins. The unit is well supplied and should have everything you need to feel at home. The grounds as usual are AMAZING! Surf and dolphin watching was perfect! Literally could not be happier with our choice. Stubbs is the best setup for ease of transaction and incredible helpfulness on any questions that may arise! Staff is super courteous and easy to communicate with! Absolutely CANNOT wait to get back to OUR paradise! Many thanks to the staff at Stubbs and to the hosts!

The rooftop deck was incredible to sit back with a drink and just gaze at the view and the best sunsets in the world!! I will be renting this unit again. The Seascape Sur property is very well kept and very safe for the whole family. Stubbs management is awesome. I've been renting vacation properties in Solana from Stubbs for the past 5 years. I will not go anywhere else when I vacation in San Diego. Thank you!!!!

Stairway to heaven

We absolutely loved staying here. There are three outdoor spaces which is something we really enjoy. The top deck has views that are beyond sensational. We loved grilling on the patio outside the kitchen. The kitchen is large clean and modern. The decor is French country beachy chic. Very comfortable and easy to relax on the big sofa and armchairs. . There are no doubt a lot of stairs to contend with in the unit, and it is definitely a consideration if stairs are a challenge. We had to get used to all the up and down, and there are even stairs where you really don't want them or need them, but the warm ambiance of the place more than made up for it. We would return in a heartbeat.

Awesome kitchen, wonderful bedrooms, but the crown jewel is the roof top deck! We practically lived on it! We saw grey whales one evening and a pod of about 30 dolphins gave us a farewell show the morning of our departure! I could go on for days about this spot! All I can really say is we cannot wait to get back! Many thanks to the hosts and to the Stubbs staff for an amazing experience!

Beautiful ocean view.

The view and the location are wonderful. The condo needs some attention-especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Shower is leaky, dingy and tired. Musty smell in bedrooms. Kitchen fairly well stocked-could use a tea kettle! We love the area and the view from the deck is spectacular. A few lounge chairs on the deck would be useful.
