rez of villa T2bis in peace

This pretty air-conditioned T2 is located on the ground floor of our house.

It is composed :
- a beautiful living room where you will find all the amenities: TV, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and wifi.
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed. In this room, a recess offers two bunk beds, closed by a pocket door.
- a bathroom is also waiting for you, with its washing machine and a separate toilet.

In our house also live:
- two hens (in their henhouse at the entrance of the house) who will be delighted to eat your leftover food (peelings, leftovers ...)
- our dog, a beautiful boxer, a tad crazy because he is still young. A big ball of energy of 30kg that we will leave away from your accommodation ...
- our two children aged five and two ... who will be delighted to play with your children and who will otherwise try not to make too much noise ;-)

Possibility of installing a travel cot in the bedroom.

The place called Listinchello belongs to the municipality of Solaro, at the limit of Haute Corse and Corse du Sud.

From the house, you are less than 5 minutes from Travo (municipality of Ventiseri) where you will find the post office, a butcher, a convenience store, a pharmacy, pizzerias, a tobacco shop (hotel des nacres), a press, a petrol station , an open-air cinema (in summer). The Travo shopping area is expanding with another convenience store (Useful), a bakery, DP bowling (bowling, laser game, children's games structure, trampoline ...), the FitSwimFamily center (aquabike ...).

10 minutes north, you will find Prunelli (Casino, large drugstore, children's playroom Les Ptits Loups).
15min north, you will find Ghisonaccia (Leclerc and many restaurants).
Towards the south, 10 minutes away, you will find Solenzara, its port and its restaurants.

To the north, 30 minutes away, you will find Aléria, 1 hour and a half from Bastia.
To the south, 45 minutes away, Porto Vecchio and its beaches, 1 hour and a half from Bonifacio.

The beach is 5 minutes by car from the house, we will show you the shortest way to access it, as well as all the small beaches nearby (less touristy than the beaches of Porto Vecchio).

The first hikes are not far away: A path starts behind the house and goes up to the village of Solaro. The needles of Bavella are about 30 minutes by car.
