Begin your day with a breathtaking sunrise from the comfort of your balcony, ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast while overlooking the calm ocean waters. Inside, the unit features two well-styled bedrooms: the main includes a queen bed and ceiling fan, while the second bedroom is designed with families in mind, offering both a single bunk and a separate single bed. The main bathroom is complete with a bath, shower, single vanity, and a separate toilet with an additional vanity for added convenience.

The open-plan layout creates a warm and inviting space, with the lounge room offering a big-screen Smart TV, a selection of books, and games for all ages. This living space flows seamlessly onto the alfresco dining area, where you’ll find an electric BBQ and enjoy the fresh sea breezes that drift through the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking, including a dishwasher drawer, family-size fridge/freezer, wall oven, electric cooktop, and microwave.

Step outside and take advantage of the unit’s unbeatable location with direct beach access just moments away. Within 240 metres, you'll find a playground and tennis courts — perfect for families or active guests. Soldiers Point Marina, with its fantastic array of restaurants and cafés, is only a short 300-metre stroll from your front door.

To ensure a hassle-free stay, the unit includes a full internal laundry with a top-loading washing machine and dryer, as well as a dedicated off-street parking space (please note, garage access is not available). For year-round comfort, ceiling fans are provided in the living area, and two oil-filled column heaters are available to warm the space during cooler months — simply switch them on when you arrive.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
