Ten minutes after check in time I received an email stating the property could no longer be rented & was refunded for my stay claiming an “electrical issue” even though we saw lights and ACs running when we pulled up. House also dilapidated, falling apart and overgrown - looks nothing like the pictures. VRBO customer service was no help and only offered a one night stay in a hotel - but futile as no hotels available on a busy resort island in the summer at the last...
