It was not clear in the description of the property that persons with accessibility issues needed to be able to carry all of their belongings up and down a flight of stairs between the parking lot and the second floor unit. A window shade over a window facing the common porch was broken and not able to be hung, leaving anyone on the porch able to have full view inside the unit. This was a significant privacy issue and required hanging……

“This ended up being the perfect place to host our annual friends' get together for the holidays. It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. As a good sized group of friends in our 20s, we were a little concerned about whether we would disturb the neighbors given that the property is shared with the owner, but the rental doesn't share a wall with the main house and though there……

“Check-in was a little problematic since the office closed at 5, but we finally got confirmation through Expedia about getting someone to contact us about checking in after hours. Room was clean. Washing machine did not cooperate, and after an hour of trying different settings, we finally got a full cycle to work. It would have been nice if they had a kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, and glass cleaner or other type of cleaner to keep the kitchen tidy. Other than that, the kitchen is fairly……

“This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed”
