“Beautiful property and Hazel the owner even though we didn’t meet trusted us in her home and allowed us to sit in the lounge. A lovely stay. Highly recommend. ”

“The property itself is great with the seaview and being right on the beach. Everything is provided plenty of plates, cups, utensils, towels etc and it’s beautifully decorated.However, the property is listed as dog friendly (which it is) but other properties listed in the advert that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture, this property however did not. We recieved a message the day before check in advising this and then another message asking if we were taking a dog as a further 50 will……

“Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Matches the pictures shown. Netflix and local gym/pool included was great thank you. Communication through routine attachments sent was good but slow or no response to individual questions asked via Expedia app compared to other hotels/ accommodations where response has been much better. Price is on higher side and for me was a little overpriced for Great Yarmouth as a location overall. But can’t fault the property and the views.”

“A nice property - well located close to the beach. However, there were some issues which marred our visit - the Nest controlling the heating and hot water was faulty ( and wasn't replaced during our stay - the engineer hadn't visited before we left) so on occasions there was no hot water although we then found an immersion heater which we could use, the lock to the back doors didn't work with no key so we couldn't secure the property and until the lock was replaced we had to take our valuables……

“It was right on busy road with inconvenient parking as unloading was difficult. The carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt like someone had smoked inside. Heating difficult to control. Not a good experience would not stay there again.”

“Minus:) carpets in the corridors where filthy, there was an unpleasant smell . Found cobwebs in the corners of the room out of reach. Good :) the bed was comfortable kitchen was good.”

“View from the living room was absolutely amazing, Nice and clean and tidy too, Dont be put off when you first enter the house because when you get into the Apartment it is very nice and as I say the view is Amazing ”

“Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!”
