While the lobby, dining area and pool are nice looking - the rooms are very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The beds are military style singulars and if you are staying with your partner don’t even think about hugging them - you may fall into the pit since they separate at slightest movement. Also very uncomfortable to sleep on. Room has an ant infestation issue and after checking the older reviews this issue seems to be constant and the facility does nothing to get rid of it! The bigger problem for me is the mold in the bathroom. Also, replacing shower heads should not be a big investment they can not afford. You can rent a mini bar for 50 euros per week since the room does not have it included and you definitely need one. The staff is very friendly especially the waiters, they are amazing. The food selection is diverse and tasty and you can be sure to find at least one meal you like. Half board does not include drinks. I did eat prawns on last dinner and had a bad reaction casuing me to throw up all night, so I am not sure if it did not sit with me or the food was not properly prepared and stored. The pool seems nice and there are animators for kids. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Overall I would not recommend or stay again, since last year we stayed at 4 star hotel which was amazing cleanliness, first row right on the beach and cheaper price than this one.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a lovely time. Our room was rather dated (328) but I must say clean. The tap squeaked and the shower not amazing but we did pay for the lower grade. The breakfast good, the pool huge and very clean. All the grounds we found to be spotless. Walkable into town so lots of shops bars and restaurants close by, would say about 10 minutes. You can rent a beach towel for a deposit which we did. We would definitely stay here again, nothing to fault, but I think if you were here high season the air con may not be powerful enough. Housekeeping every day if you wanted it. Overall really loved it here, staff friendly and the snack bar was great and not overpriced.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Food was really good. The one big problem for us though was that the air conditioning was useless and didn’t work well at all. Other guests had the same issue also. The room was uncomfortably hot and it made it difficult to relax or sleep in there. We had to go and but a fan to help a little. Overall it was a great holiday but this issue with the air con would put me off going back to this hotel which is a real shame because everything else was great.

Broken balcony door no compensation

broken door so it didn't look and we had a broken light. it was fixed after two nights however the door broke again. staff told us we could get compensation as we slept in a room with a door that didn't lock, however manager confirmed that we could not get any food or compensation so we got told two different things. so bad experience

Muy limpio y cómodo el hotel, también muy bien situado. Sin embargo no tiene nevera (lo cual es importante para personas que deben mantener medicina en ella) y cuando solicitas hielo, nos han dicho "solo hielo por la noche", cierta parte del staff muy amable, no todos.

Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock mit Poolblick und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, doch zur Schlafenszeit war alles ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob Servicekraft beim Frühstück, an der Rezeption oder die Reinigungsdamen. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, eine große Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Speisen, frisches Obst und ein Koch, welcher einen ein Omelett nach Wunsch zubereitet und ständig Spiegleier mit Schinken und Pancakes zubereitet. Der Pool ist schön groß, sodass man auch ordentlich schwimmen kann. Die Poolbar haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur am Abreisetag 2 Std am Pool waren. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, schlechter standart in den Zimmern. Wir hatten kaputte Armaturen, einen undichten Duschschlauch und eine defekte Toilettenspülung. Dies alles habe ich über Expedia gemeldet. Nach und nach erfolgten Reparaturen. Heimlich - ohne Entschuldigung an uns oder Upgrade. Hinzu kommt die katastrophale Verpflegung. Frühstück okay, Abendessen katastrophal. Wenn nicht mal der Salat gewaschen wird, will ich nicht wissen was in der Küche noch schief läuft. Offensichtliche Rückstände an der Gemüse. Geschmacklose Beilagen. Dies alles führte dazu, dass wir jeden Abend essen gegangen sind was uns für eine Woche 300€ zusätzliche Kosten erbrachte. Vom Hotel keinerlei Einsicht / entgegenkommen zu dem Zustand des Zimmers oder der mangelhaften Halbpension (für die wir auch extra gezahlt haben). Absolut schlechtes Hotel. Wäre toll, wenn doch noch jemand auf mich zukommt oder Expedia eine Rückerstattung erwirken kann. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir fanden es wirklich gut. Beim Frühstück gehen die auf alle Wünsche ein, man muss nur mit den Menschen sprechen. Servicepersonal richtig nett, und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind nich neu, jedoch intakt und ausreichend. Für Pool war es einfach zu kalt, somit kein Kommentar. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 👍

Für ein 3 Sterne hotel kann man es echt weiterempfehlen,essen war immer ausreichend auswahl getränkepreise waren auch sehr fair mit zb 2,60 für ein Wein oder bier oder 2 euro für ein halben Liter Wasser.
