「Beautiful location on River 」

「We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.」

「The room itself was okay. It was clean. However, The hot tub was closed and half full of green water. The "fireplace" in our room, which iwas a gas powered wood burning stove, didn't work. The bathroom vent fan didn't work. The WiFi was difficult to connect top. No coffee was available in the room or in the lobby. We could feel all the springs in the couch in the room. 「The Good: Our stay at Dawn Ranch had several highlights. The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained, providing a great atmosphere. The cottages are comfortable and "nice," and we found the on-site restaurant to be excellent. 「Awesome little cabin with everything you need for two. Loved being able to stay with our dog. Really cool to pack light and cook for ourselves. We stayed off season so it was just us. Host was really sweet and checked in daily. Super short walk into town if you want to go to a bar, eat at a restaurant or grab coffee. 「While the view is spectacular and on the surface the room was ok, there are maintenance issues. The fire place in the room we booked did not work, the faucets leaked and needed tightened, you couldn’t have just the room light on without the fan. The fan chain was not there, the light chain could not be reached unless you were 5’5”. Definitely not worth the money we paid! 」
