“Cottage is in a great location within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops, cafes and also to Salamanca Place. Quiet & off-street parking is a bonus. Washing machine and dryer are handy to have. The cosy log (gas) fire is enough to warm the cottage, plus heated towel rail and heated floor tiles in the bathroom are an added extra that was appreciated.”

“Everything that we needed was closed by for us.We couldn’t false the house and there was information on things to do and see around Hobart.Phillip even told me how much it would cost to catch a taxi to the city if helped everyone that was staying at the house.If I go back to Hobart I would more likely to stay there again because you are over looking the city.”

“The property being withing walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes and bus stops made it absolutely perfect for our needs. The property itself was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, I tried to book again for a couple of weeks later but it wasn't available. The only slight disappointment was the slow internet and the fact that even though there was a Smart TV we weren't able to connect to any of our own streaming channels.”
