“Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. ”

“The staff here were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They were so freindly and so very helpful. Our room was too hot and they quickly moved us to a new room, even helped us move our things. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was just so-so for dinner. We loved this town. Wish we had stayed longer! As we were walking around that evening, we heard music...voices from heaven! We went into the church and the children's choir were putting on a performace. The most enjoyable……

“Beautiful room, very near the village centre and ski lift. The only downside is the SPA that you are only allowed to use for 1h on the clock- found the experience extremely stressful and always having to watch the time ”

“Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful in providing information about viewing the La Vuelta road race. The hotel is just steps from the gondola that takes you to the Pal Arinsal ski area, which would be a great convenience during ski season. Lots of dining within easy walking distance.”
