Room 'Vicino Al Mare' with shared pool, shared terrace and shared garden

The Quadruple Room near the sea is located in Platamona and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to two bunk beds. This accommodation offers Wi-Fi, but is not equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom is private, but located outside the room on the first floor. The location, just a few steps from the sea, makes it perfect for those who wish to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area, even if with limited technological comforts.

Enjoy the convenience of a shared kitchen in this vacation rental. Outside, a pool (available from June through the end of September), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower are available for guests to use.

The house is located in the private village of Selva, where guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach. The property is ideally situated for exploring the region, with Alghero just 46 km away and Alghero Fertilia Airport 40 km away. Other nearby destinations include Castelsardo (20 km), Porto Torres (10 km), Sassari (12 km), and the stunning La Pelosa Beach in Stintino, located 44 km from the villa.

Please note that quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm.

The host personally takes care of the pool cleaning every day to ensure guests have the best possible experience.

3 parking spaces are available on the property.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
