This beautiful beachfront condo promotes relaxation the moment you cross the threshold. As you open the door, your gaze falls upon the turquoise blue ocean beyond the 18 ft.patio doors that open wide to let the ocean breeze through.

Everything you need for a perfect vacation is at your fingertips! Enjoy 24 hour security and weekly maid service that is included in the rental price. The modern kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, dishwasher, espresso/cappuccino machine, blender, toaster, water cooler, coffee maker and full-sized fridge and stove. We also provide your own personal beach umbrella and hammock. Laundry services available on site. With many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, you can chose to dine in or out each day. We can assist in arranging airport pick-up and drop-off for you. The nearest airport is Puerto Plata (POP) and only 20 minutes away.

Quality furnishings include a pull-out sofa to sleep 2 additional guests. The master bedroom is complete with a king sized bed, large closets, air conditioning and a collection of books. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, air conditioning and large closets. Your private terrace faces the ocean and is the perfect spot to take a nap or read a book while being lulled by the sound of waves splashing on your 5-mile secluded beach. A swim in the pool or soak in the whirlpool completes the day. The condo is approx. 1300 sq. ft. The master bedroom has a document safe for your valuables. Air Conditioning in each bedroom only.

But a truly spectacular vacation isn't only about resting - you have after all come to the quaint village of Cabarete! It is internationally famous for extreme water sports, kitesurfers and windsurfers from around the globe flock to these beaches. And you are located minutes from all the action! If you come during the third week in June, you must be sure to take in the Cabarete Kiteboarding World Cup competition!

A 10-15 minute walk along the beach or a 2 minute taxi ride takes you to the center of Cabarete where you'll find many beachfront restaurants and nightclubs. This beach experience is like nothing you've experienced before! Amazing international cuisine, dancing, music - it's really an experience you'll never forget! You can also take lessons for most water sports or just enjoy watching the many kitesurfers! As you browse the local shops, the myriad of languages spoken add to the bohemian flair of this village.

Take some time to enjoy the many tours/activities offered such as cascading down waterfalls, snorkeling, caving, whale watching, golf, horseback riding along the beach, catamaran and the list goes on! Sosua Beach is a must-see for visitors (10 minute taxi ride or be adventurous and take the local guagua or motto concho). At Sosua you can snorkel to the reefs or sail to Paradise Island. Other day trips might include golf at the famous Robert Trent Jones course or go into Santiago or Santo Domingo for museums, cigar factories etc. It's paradise waiting for you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so nicely decorated (with a big comfy hanging chair), veggie/fruit truck comes once a week, a large spice rack, great selection of books, lots of towels, on demand hot water, and good security on the grounds. So many great restaurants to explore at reasonable prices.Some things to keep in mind: king bed is quite firm, and queen bed is mid firm. We were there for a month in February and typically it was calm in the mornings till noon, then windier in the afternoon. We loved our time there and would definitely go back.

This condo faces the ocean with a beautiful view. The only downfall is that there is no place conveniently close to grab a coffee or quick breakfast. There is a sit down restaurant at a condo complex nearby that you can walk to on the beach in 15 mins. Make sure to remember coffee and breakfast essentials.2nd Bathroom window needs to be fixed, would not lock. We felt secure in the property so I did not worry too much about it but would have been nice to have the lock operational. The condo could have been cleaned better upon our arrival. We stayed in the beachfront condo for 5 days with our 15 daughter. We had a great stay. Walked to town down the beach a few times. It was about a 40 minute walk to the beach restaurants on Cabarete Beach.

My wife and I really enjoyed the residential vacation home experience. We met a few of the Property owners who were very nice and really enjoyed being there. So it gave us a nice homey feeling which we really appreciated. Some really nice restaurants nearby with great sunset views. We would definitely consider coming back.

We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website.

Our family had a great week in this beautiful condo. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves was amazing! We really enjoyed the covered patio area that opens up so nicely to the living area and kitchen. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The grounds are well kept. The beach is great for walking. The ocean was warm and a bit rough for swimming in front of the condo. The main area of Cabarete beach was good for swimming and boogie boarding We went a couple of times for dinner at Martinis just a few minutes beach walk from the condo. The menu changes daily. You can look them up on Facebook for daily posts of their menu. All you can eat Taco Tuesday was a favorite! The property manager office location had changed from what was noted in the information. They are on the second floor, main entrance from parking lot, blue building. You can have laundry done for you for a small fee (150 pesos plus tip). Take your laundry to the little blue building in the parking lot. Ours was returned the next day clean & nicely folded. There are no self serve laundry options. Highly recommend a vacation at this lovely condo.

Had an incredible 7 night stay. Property was immaculate. The staff at the property were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is perfect. You literally feel like you are on a deserted island from the view of the place. The outdoor space was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Well equipped. We spent 11 nights here in Nov-Dec 2023. We were pleasantly impressed by the location (right on the beach), by the cleanliness (the place was immaculate) and by the comprehensive amenities. The owners answered all our questions thoughtfully within 24 hours. There is very little to criticize, and most of the small issues were of external causes (like not having running water for about an hour in the morning of two days). The fridge did freeze some of the produce we were keeping in the bottom drawer (and we found no thermostat to adjust the temperature). But apart from this everything worked as expected. If you do come here, remember that tap water is for cleaning only. 18L jugs are available in the complex for about $1.50 and there’s a good cooler in the kitchen. All in all this is a great location amd we’re already planning on coming back. Cheers!

The condo is pretty and clean as pictured. The location is perfect, with beautiful beachside access. The beach was pristine, as was the pool. Some things at the condo needed attention/repair in preparation for our visit. The owner Raymonde was responsive, apologetic, and extended a credit for the inconvenience. I think she did her best to resolve but with our stay being short, it was a bit challenging. Mainly there was a communication issue: property manager Erica wasnt reachable over the weekend while we were there. She came on monday morning as we were getting ready to check out and I was able to show her what needed attention, one was a simple fix but again we had no way of knowing that. Overall, and in spite of these issues, we had a very nice stay. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet condo on the beach but also near downtown Cabarete, this spot is ideal.

This was the fourth time my wife stayed at the Victoria, and the same unit. Looking at the kitchen, it needs some TLC. The refrigerator is weak, not keeping the food cold. A piece is the cabinet fell off and landed on my wife's foot. We will stay at the Victoria again, but probably try another unit.

We enjoyed many hours on the patio with cocktails and the sound of the sea. Beautifully decorated with original art. It is as beautiful as the photos represent it to be. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. There is much within walking distance if you feel like going out. Highly recommended.

The property is quiet and well maintained. The condo is well decorated, comfortable and well equipped for an extended stay. We liked that it was close to restaurants and groceries. The beach is awesome and the ocean temps about 85 farenheit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made our stay there a very good one. The owners are the best.

Pross - excellent commucation with owner. Unit as advertised, amazing view. Felt safe throughout stay. Guards do rounds around property, they try to keep every guest safe. Pool was great. Cons- the máster bedroom AC could use an update, did not get cold, not a big deal since I was able to sleep through.

Really love this apartment and included everything none would need. Kitchen is adequately stocked with everything one would need to make perfect meals. Whats very appealing is that the apartment is well decorated and embeds lots of charm from the owners. It’s very unique and has a distinctive style. The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay at the Victorian. The pool was clean and refreshing. It was too windy most days to be able to enjoy the beach. But that’s typical for this area. The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. I would only suggest an update of the pillows. The were all very firm and not too comfortable. But that might just be a personal preference. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
