「We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. 「There were 2 big issues with our stay. One of which was the smell of the room. They use some kind of mint cleaner but it just masked the musty smell. It was a dog room but in all of our other stays with our dogs we haven’t experienced that. The room wasn’t technically dirty but the smell and condition of the room like the bathroom doorknob about to fall off made the cleanliness highly questionable.
