“Flott hotell nærme byen og strand. Romslige og fine rom. I april var det ikke mye folk der, så ikke noe kø eller kamp om de beste solplassene. God og godt utvalg til frokost, men skuffende at de går tom for frukt, grønt og noen meieriprodukter når det ikke er fullt hus, vi var ikke seint ute heller. Bestilte tid på Spa, flott anlegg, flinke folk men engelsken er såpass dårlig at det blir litt gjettekonkurranse på hva de egentlig sier/spør om. Vi hadde det fint, men ikke sikker på om vi drar……

“PLEASE NOTE - ALL INCLUSIVE FROM EXPEDIA DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL!!!! Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!! ”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day……

“Elegent hotel. We'll kept grounds, pools, gardens, private beach, etc. Our room and terrace overlooked the gardens, pools and the sea. Room was spacious. Great shower w/good pressure. Very attentive staff from front desk staff to housekeeping, servers in restaurants., etc. Secure parking with attended gate. The food in the ala carte restaurant was always good and served in a vert comfortable space. The dinner buffet was amazing; fryom soups to salads, appatizers to the carving station to……

“Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont……
