“Rick provides an excellent breakfast and some great conversation. Definitely better than the regular boring hotel. The parking lot is small, so maybe bring a midsize or compact vehicle vs a full size crew cab truck.”

“I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again but if I were staying multiple days I'd get a bigger room. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and welcoming! The air conditioner worked very well and the water……

The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“Staying here is mainly for the location. It needs a huge makeover as far as how old it is with the rusted beams holding up the second and third floors. The dresser and nightstand drawers smell like mildew. The plunger and toilet cleaning brush looked dirty sitting in the bathroom. Staff was helpful, easy check in and parking, not their fault the hotel is old and needs a major facelift. The location is great though and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.”

“Continental breakfast was more than expected. They had yougurt, pastries, oatmeal, cereal and milk, but also packaged sausage biscuits and waffles that could be warmed up along with coffee and juice. The room was a good size for a double room. We appreciated the microwave and mini fridge/freezer combo. The walk to the beach is just seconds and you don’t have to find parking which is the cherry on top! The shower had low pressure and the head could use replacing but that did not hinder our……

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“One morning breakfast was missing. Otherwise acceptable hotel; reasonable walk to beach. ”

“No microwave in room. One microwave at the downstairs checkin area. Breakfast was minimal. Mostly carbs..bagels, cereal and muffins. Only protein was a boiled egg. Had a 3x3 refig in home. Barely kept anything cold even after turning up dial. Hotel did have a washer and dryer which was very nice. Parking was very limited. Hotel is pet friendly so be ready for baking dogs when owners go out to dinner.”

“The check-in was quick and easy. They have fresh baked cookies and water ready for you. Staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony for a good breeze. The path to the beach is just across the street and an easy walk into town. We will be back”
