“The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B……

“Convenient location, nice staff, pool was warm and clean. Rooms were nice and served the purpose for a larger group with bedding and sofa couch. One request, keep smart remotes in the room for the tvs. We had cable but wanted to use the stream at night. Close to beach and food. I’d go back.”

“Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“Location and price were the selling points. Walkable to the beach, bars, & restaurants. Beds were comfortable & place was pretty quiet for how busy it was. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms have a cute retro funky coastal vibe. Faucet either wasn’t cleaned or was stained. Also, on check out day, we went to use the replacement towels and one had a yellow stain. “The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night……

“Great beach. Many pools. Very spacious bedrooms, living room and full kitchen. Large bathrooms. Lots of activities. Would have liked a restaurant on property for breakfast. Marriott needs to spend a few more bucks on toilet paper (not a joke).”

“Excellent location. Just minutes walking to the beach. Rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am and includes a variety of bagels, yogurt, cereal/granola, hard boiled eggs, fruits, fruit juice and coffee. There is swimming pool with towels. The only thing to caution is that the property charges $10 per night parking in their premises. This was in the fine print and not explicitely disclosed during the booking.”

“Hotel is located close to the beach (8 minute walk or a 2 minute drive) as well as other amenities. Very reasonably priced and rooms are very clean and beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also very good.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Bathrooms could be bigger. limited Parking and you have to park on the street up to 1/4 mile down the road. Breakfast is $20 if purchased on site and is nothing more than the free breakfast you get at an ordinary hotel. Just go eat out somewhere else. Good location. Close to Coligny Plaza.”
