La propreté était clairement négligée : les draps étaient sales, tachés et dégageaient une odeur désagréable, ce qui est totalement inacceptable à ce niveau de standing. La climatisation était dans un état pitoyable, encrassée, bruyante et manifestement jamais entretenue. La salle de bain était sans doute le pire : traces de saleté, joints...

「Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...
