「The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you.」

「The Buoy Haus is a beautiful place to relax. And also with full access at the Westin you get the best of both worlds. Tranquil and serene with great rooms, pools, bars and fun. Beautiful resort close enough to anything in a taxi. Only note…breakfast and lunch are great but skip the Isla restaurant upstairs and go to Oceana or SeaSalt for dunner. The only downside. The staff are super friendly and helpful!」

「The room was nice and clean, loved the property, they do use golf carts to pick you up from the room. loved how the beach was so close by. Had an electricity problem in the room which was resolved in about 20 minutes. Was reeled into a timeshare meeting but nothing we haven’t done already and it cane with some perks afterwards so if you have the time on vacation but can easily be skipped by telling them you are not interested」

「Ocean view is misleading property is out of the way on top of a hill.Shuttle and taxis do not want the fare.Sole staff member was fantastic.Rooms are outdated 1960’s .」

「The Condo was clean, large, and well-appointed. It was a 3rd floor corner unit and we had excellent views and a nice breeze at all times. Beach and pool were both very, very nice. Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the accomodations. We will definitely stay here our next time on St. Thomas.」

「I enjoyed the stay. It was very spacious with the most amazing views you can get on a vacation. Everything you could think off that you need on a vacation, it was there. Full kitchen appliance and kitchenware, washer and dryer, full living room with all that you need, an outside grill, balcony with a hammock, diving gear. It goes on and on. Amazing all around.」

「Love this resort. Perfect blend of beach, pool and activities. The staff and amenities were great - we had all the amenities of a hotel resort but felt like we had our own place all to ourselves. The condo was modern, equipped and beautifully decorated. We found it's central location perfect for everything - shopping, dinner etc.」

The staff was courteous. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. They had activities throughout the day to keep you occupied, some free some for a small fee. My only con was the restaurant, it was ok. Food was good but not amazing. 」

「This condo had amazing views. The pools were awesome and the close walk to restaurants by the condo was perfect. The parking spot was was an extra bonus. The only thing I thought the room had a balcony, but it actually just has a railing so there’s nowhere to go out and sit! It was definitely worth the money for my stay. Host was very responsive as well!」
