“Upon entering, the room smelt strongly of mould and damp. There was mould all over the bedroom window and the smell also came from the bathroom. The bathroom door latch didn't work, so the door didn't stay closed. The bathroom extractor fan is caked with dust, the bath looks like it hadn't been cleaned, the panel looks incomplete and the grouting is mouldy in the shower. The bedroom had a radio, which was also caked in dust. I have a severe allergy to dust, which immediately caused a……

“Needed a base for a couple of nights for a coastal visit. Very well decorated room in semidetached. Large bed. Good bathroom with shower & nice choice of soaps, etc. Coffee maker and kettle, lots of tv channels. Ten minutes walk up from Central station and regular buses at both ends of road.”

“No pool due to maintenance which was a real upset. Rooms were basic, clean and no issues for the price. We had ordered connecting rooms and had to ask for the door to be opened between them. Breakfast was good only negative was the coffee machine didn’t warm the milk. We tried 3 times and it was always the same. Good for one or two nights and free parking was a bonus.”
