Fantastic stay on the Cape!

Loved the location! The home is centrally located on the cape and close to beaches and State parks. The home sits on a quiet street and the backyard opens to a wooded area making the location feel more secluded than I would I expected. The home was well appointed and we were comfortable during the stay.

Very Happy!

We had a great stay! The house was very well stocked, clean, and updated. The beds were all comfortable as well as multiple seating areas. The gas fireplace both inside and on the deck were wonderful! And the hot tub was a great bonus for a relaxing time away. There were several restaurants close by that were good also. We definitely plan to return!

Great family vacation

House was perfect for a family vacation. It had everything we needed for our group of 11. Close to beaches and the bike trail, great basement for rainy evenings when we needed to be inside, great porch that fit us all comfortably on nice summer evenings after a day at the beach, and a good sized fenced in yard for games. House was clean and well appointed.

Beautiful, comfortable home for 9 visitors

This is a really wonderful, well-laid out, well appointed property, great for large groups. We loved the amenities like the hot tub, grill, and ping pong table, and appreciated the open floor plan. The home is in a great location -- we went to Mayflower Beach most days, which is a short car ride away. We will highly consider returning to this property.

Girls weekend. (9 friends for over 30 years gather every 6. Months)

This property was perfect. Spacious , inviting , clean , well stocked. Bathrooms were fabulous . Upstairs , downstairs and outside spaces were perfect for games , crafting, exercise sessions , and just for gathering 🤗🤗🤗 Location was ideal We will be back Don’t pass up this opportunity

Best Cape Vacation House

What a truly wonderful home. I stayed at this property for a long weekend with my family and two little ones. The set up of the house was very convenient and comfortable for everyone. The house itself was not only beautiful but it was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. It was also so close to all the activities that we wanted to do. The communication with the property management was also quick, clear and helpful. We certainly plan on coming back next year!

Perfect rental for all

We rented for a long weekend with 6 adults and 6 children (ages 9-13) and it was the perfect home base in between games for a nearby soccer tournament! The house was extremely spacious with plenty of bedrooms and entertaining space for everyone to enjoy. The basement/game room was so great for the kids and the adults loved the grilling area which was paired with an outdoor and comfy outdoor couches to relax and enjoy the beautiful backyard. We are already planning our next trip to the Cape and will most certainly be looking to rent here again!

Son's Graduation Celebration w/ Family

The house was perfect for our group w/ plenty of space for everyone. We had lots of fun hanging out on the back yard deck - relaxing, grilling, fierce corn hole competitions (we brought the corn hole), hot tub, etc. And later at night or on a rainy day the downstairs games room was a big hit with ping pong, pool, darts, shuffleboard, and video games. Given it was the first week of June, we enjoyed the Cape being less crowded.

Feb. vaca getaway

We had such a wonderful stay here. It was winter so the Cape is quiet but just being at the house was enough to keep us entertained. We had 4 kids with us and we all had a blast in the hot tub, playing games in the basement and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, the beds and rooms were so comfortable and the house could not have been cleaner. Our host replied to any inquires within minutes. We highly recommend this house for any group and we will hopefully be coming back in the summer!

King James Club House AWESOME STAY!

If you are looking for a really nice place to rent at the Cape, the King James Club House is a perfect place to stay! I hosted my teenager daughter's birthday there and all the girls had the most amazing time! The hot tub was large and a huge hit! The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations!! The pictures of the home posted are exactly what the house looks like and better! It is in impeccable. condition. The beds are so comfortable, everything in the home feels like a hotel resort from the beddings to the showers and more! The downstairs game room and bonus area is incredible, and the girls had a ball there. The house was in a nice residential neighborhood, and it had a nice fenced in back yard. I cannot recommend this house enough! The owner seemed to have every detail considerately thought out including having essential household items that came in very handy. We had such an amazing time! I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely come back for another stay. We rented in February, and our weather was great, and we all had an awesome time! A friend of mine has a wedding coming up in the area and saw the home on face time while we were there is thinking of renting. The house is just so nice! The owner, Jim was also great. He gave me great recommendations of where to go which made our stay that much nicer! Thanks again Jim for everything! You helped make my daughter's birthday celebration that much more special! We truly appreciate it!

Fun Girls Weekend

My high school friends and I have been going away for 19 years and have stayed in many houses, and this was definitely one of the best. The house looked just like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and the downstairs was a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a great meal. The outside, even in November, was a wonderful place to enjoy. We had a hibachi cook come to the house, and the deck was perfect for a nice meal. We also had two massage therapists come from Cape Revive Massage and Wellness, and all six of us agreed it was the best massage we had in a long time. Jim was very responsive when I had several questions. We did suggest getting a new coffee maker and maybe an extra chair in the living room for additional seating. We hope to stay at another Sandy Pier Property.

Incredible amenities for a wonderful stay!

We had the best time at King James. We loved all the amenities the home had to offer, which was a big reason we booked. We truly enjoyed our time relaxing on the patio and using the hot tub. The home was clean and fit everyone comfortably. Jim’s user guide was so helpful. He was very responsive when I had questions leading up to my stay. Perfect rental for a long weekend get-together

This rental far surpassed my expectations. Not only was the property beautiful in person (great for cute pictures!), but that feeling of luxury also carried throughout our experience. The beds & couches were very comfortable, the rain showers were fantastic, the game & bar area in the basement was a ton of fun, and the hot tub was a great plus. The property had more than enough to keep us entertained for the long weekend, but the beaches & coffee shops in the surrounding area were also fun to get a chance to explore. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Wonderful Location

My whole family and their significant others were all able to stay in one amazing place and found plenty to do in the surrounding area. Beach, Shopping, exploring the Cape. It was comfortable and spacious. It was equipt with everything one would want or need for cooking, BBQ, playing outside for children and adults. Thank You for a wonderful week!
