“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the modern touches,and the house was super clean with a super comfy bed! Storage was quite limited but they maximized the absolute best they could with the small space. Chris was the best host we’ve ever experienced. He was super responsive with all of our questions and he’s just a wonderful person! The beach is beautiful! It is a 10 min walk, but my husband and I walk a lot so that was no issue for us! “This was THE PERFECT place to stay for our family vacation. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view was amazing and we spent alot of time in the pool or sitting on the covered porch. A few of us also enjoyed the kayaks. The host was very responsive and there were zero issues with check in. This was our 3rd trip to Eleuthera, but our first stay at this house. It was our favorite rental spot so far. Everything exceeded our expectations!”

“We have stayed at a few different house on the island and this was far and a way the best. You are right on an incredible sand beach and the pool looks over it. The house itself is very well kept and comfortable. We ran into a bit of an “island snafu” and both the owner and property manager were very concerned and helpful. The only comment that I might make is the title of the listing uses the word private. You definitely have neighbors, but your lot is large enough. We will be back!”

“A amazing house, view and vacation! The house truly had everything you could need! There are so many fun things to do at the house and around there you barely need to leave the house! We kayaked through the mangroves, paddle boarded, laid by the pool and snorkeled out at the reefs in winding Bay. Our fourth trip to Eleuthera and far away our favorite place we’ve stayed! ”

“Quiet, secluded and spacious. Comfortable beds. The proximity to, privacy and the amount of beach front can't be beat. One word of advice -- get a bigger set of wheels. You'll still make it in a sedan, but you would feel much better driving the stretch of the road between the house and the main road in an SUV.”

“This home was everything it said and more. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. The views of the gardens and yard were also breathtaking. House was perfect for our extended family and privacy. The deck down by the ocean was perfection! The views were unmatched! Our only complaint was the lack of water pressure in two of the three showers. It was impossible to wash your hair in two of the showers, which meant everyone was showering in one of the bathrooms. The dryer also was not working, but……
