「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

Biggest issues that we has was that the front desk did not always have pool towels to provide to us even though the pool was empty most days and the refrigerator in the room is actually for bottles of wine with dual white/red temperature settings. 「We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, it's quiet and check-in/check-out is simple. Easy access to shopping and dinning. You can be to the beach in 10 minutes. They have a heated pool but it was a bite to warm for late June. I will definitely go back.」

「This property has great potential, great location, and very well kept and clean. The only issue was with a staff member that created his own “curfew” rule and was extremely rude. I worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years as was outraged by how rude this individual was and his unreasonable rules. His curfew was only aimed at Hispanics to the point he called the police on us. The police agreed that this gentleman clearly had issues. I would definitely consider going back only after making...

「We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were...
