南汉普顿度假短租

“A small group of friends and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and loved our stay here. The house was very clean and was perfect for what we had been looking for. Collin was very welcoming when we had arrived and made sure we settled in comfortably. We would definitely book here again :)”

“I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The……

“Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. ”

“Clean and neat apartment in the middle of town. Easy walking wherever you want to go.”

“The location, parking, and staff were nice. We were a few minutes late to check in due to some traffic, and after some communication, they stayed the extra time to give us our room key. Great coffee and breakfast place across the street. A few downsides were the bugs in the windows inside the screens so we couldn’t open window/doors for fresh air, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. It was a good place on a budget and for a one night stay in the off-season.”

“Great location great hotel”

“This location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to be down town. We were able to walk everywhere, shopping and restaurants. I accidentally locked myself out of my room at night and the host responded right away to help me get in using the key pad. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.”

“Very unique place right in the heart with f Newburyport!”

“The location was awesome! The room is quite small. When I see "suite" I think separate bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. However, this "suite" is one room, bed, kitchen, living area all one room.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Highly recommend it and it’s in a wonderful location.”

“This was one of the best stays we've had in a long time! The oceanfront view was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the comfortable balcony enjoying the scenery. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having the first parking spot right by the door, and the luggage cart waiting for us made unloading effortless. The location was……

“We were on the fourth floor and the views of the Ocean were incredible! The property is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as the major attractions. The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. We would highly recommend.”

“Our stay was fantastic. Condo was spotless, well equipped and the owner communicated everything clearly and timely. Would definitely rent from this owner again!!”

“Decent place. Pull out couch less than comfortable. An out side shower would be useful to wash off sand- eliminated a lot of sand in rooms”

“We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?”

“The Condo was very clean & was stocked with everything we needed. The main beach was within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit called, "Turtle Cove" which was great. The unit was very clean and modern. The location really can't be beat; an easy walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach NH. Our family only wants to rent for long weekends and that is impossible to find in Seabrook Beach, NH. We had a truly wonderful long weekend beach get-away and will be back again soon.”

“Cute little place that is clean and well taken care of. Plum Island was adorable with a mile walk or ride to a great beach. Enjoyed our stay.”
