“I stayed here 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room. It wasn't a big deal, until I realized someone stole my Airpods out of my backpack that was in the room. They are not very responsive in trying to get the issue resolved, but did admit a cleaning person took them home when I shared where they were located.”

“The room was perfectly fine and the bed & pillows were both comfortable. I had a great night sleep .. what else can u ask for ? The parking garage was a bit wonky to get out of .. very tight and weird angle for the exit if u come up from the lower levels . The hotel is located in a great area with lots of restaurants.”

“We stayed one night for visit to Duquesne University. Our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful. The air conditioner was bit noisy and woke us up few times. All in all we had great stay.”

“Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. When we returned to the room late that evening, we found our door wide open and no towels left in the room at all, not even a hand towel. We texted them the issues since there is no front desk person past a certain time. They in……

It is on my blacklist. 1,there was insects on the pillow and in the bed. 2, airconditioner did not work well. 3, blanket is dirt, look like they are not washed. 4, dust can be seen almost everywhere. 5, there were strange sound at out side the door and neiborghing rooms, feeling unsafe. 6,etc.”

“Normally I don’t leave a review but they earned it. The sheet look used , water tap is broken, the shower head barely works with all the water still came out the bottom. The whole room smells funny.”
