"We had an issue with a payment of the accomodation which took the majority of our trip to resolve. It’s caused a fair amount of unnecessary stress but we were happy it was finally resolved. The hotel was really lovely, quite a walk up the hills from the city and the lake view room didn’t have much of a view as huge steel piers in rooms for quakes. Very good value for money."
