The living room also benefits from glass patio doors and has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs in front of the TV. Take a glass of wine into the bathroom and relax in the tub. When it’s time to rest up for the night, there are two bedrooms – one king-size and a twin room. Outside is a sheltered and enclosed garden with furniture for dining alfresco plus a garage for storage.
Stay on the outskirts of the charming town of South Molton, with the shops and restaurants in the centre, just 0.5 miles away. On a rainy day, you could visit the museum or art gallery (both within 0.5 miles). Take Fido for a run around in Exmoor National Park (4.5 miles) – where you’ll find woodland, rivers and moorland. The closest beach is Saunton Sands (20 miles), which is canine-friendly all year round and is excellent for swimming because of its soft sand and lifeguarded patrols.
