“The unit was exactly as described - no surprises there at all and the host made herself readily available. The condo building is older but well kept. I would recommend this location and unit for 1-2 people. We enjoyed our stay and would consider a repeat in the future.”

“Booked here for location - it is so easy to walk to beach from here and unit was well stocked with all essentials. A few minor housekeeping/maintenance issues and really rough around the edges communication from host is the reason for 4 stars, but location can’t be beat.”

“Cute, Clean, Condo with all the amenities needed; from comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, cooler, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Great Location- could walk to The Shops of Olde Marco, The Boardroom Tavern, and the Snook Inn. Easy Check-In/Check-Out with great communication. Would definitely stay here on future visits!”

“The condo was very nice and just as listed. Condo and property well maintained. The only thing I would have liked is to have an outlet in the bedroom for my phone. There's no clock so I need to use my phone for an alarm for early morning fishing, but there was no place to plug it in. That's a very tiny thing though. Otherwise, everything was great.”

“Overall stay was excellent. The staff was extremely good at their jobs and always welcoming and friendly. Room does sleep four, but would not recommend more than two people. Just a little too small for more than.”

“Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.”

“Close to all restaurants and downtown Naples shopping. Pool and hot tub and tiki bar were topping on the sundae. Also a plus is Marco island is only 20 mins away”

“We’ve stayed at Eagles Nest 3 years and really like it. The only issues are the elevators (1 of 2 was out of service periodically) and the pool was closed for 24 hours because of pump issue.”
