“the room is so big and nice”

“The flats are very beautiful, comfy, & spacious. All the staff are very nice and accommodating, from maintenance to housekeeping servers, etc. The trolley is great, especially during the hot weather. Food was ok, but the amenities make up for it. We would come back again, for sure.”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“Can’t believe they can’t provide a housekeeping service with out paying. The shower presión was very light and all the time was clogged. My daughter gut a cut from the balcony furniture. The humidity get the room floor sticky and wet. My mom slides it down. Overall it’s ok. But not OK.”

“We had a 3 double and a queen pull out. I’d probably get 4 doubles and a full pull out as the pull out was uncomfortable but worked. The staff were great and the hotel was awesome. The kitchenette is small but worked for us, we saved a lot on restaurants Probably bring your own pan though. The pool water stayed cloudy for people not washing off after going to the beach. We took our two Boston terriers. The hotel has a 25 lb weight limit on pets. Unfortunately all the grass is across the street……

“The staff is really helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The room is clean and setup well when we arrived. I enjoy the amenities on-site + water fountain. There are 2 things that could have made my stays better: 1. The walls are too thin. I can hear everything going on from the hallway to the next guest room. 2. The hotel refuse to recognize my member program because I booked the trip thru Expedia instead of booking directly with Marriott Bonvoy. That is quite ridiculous to penalize members for……
