「The biggest issue is this property is that there is no room service - no real breakfast. Stayed there five nights with no room service - no ability to let staff know that they needed to address the lack of attention to update the towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. Comes with only two days of coffee, and it's bad. They only offer grab-and-go breakfast-type items. The room next to me: the guest checked out and left the door open - for two days - this remained open to anyone. It felt unsafe.」
