"The rooms were fine.. Cleaned and we'll Manteined.. The pool Is amazing.. Prices are a bit high but considering location and installations it's fine.. Not expensive considering everything... The recreation team.. My God.. Whatever crowne is paying that crew is not enough.. They're beyond brilliant and we're amazing with our kids during the whole stay.. We spent new years eve.. The fireworks.. Dancing.. Restaurants.. Everything was amazing.. But since we didn't have any booking we went to the kids club around 11pm.. They were all there with a huge smile and we all, even my wife and I had a blast playing with them.. For me.. Seeing those guys spending a 31st of December away from their loved ones and still enterteining everyone with a smile.. Was incredible.. The highlight of our stay.. We are definitely going back in a year or 2.. And can't recommend this place enough.. "

"From the time we arrived to our departure, the attention to detail on how everything was organized and planned by resort staff was what stood out. Rooms were super clean, the grounds were immaculate, and staff did everything they could to accommodate and assist. We stayed over Christmas, and the resort had Santa arrive on a boat to deliver presents to the kids on the beach which was a great time. Thanks again Intercontinental! "
