The views, acess to the beach & staff were beyond wonderful! The condo definitely needs updating. The sofa bed was broken and unusable.

Anniversary Stay

My husband and I came for our anniversary. Everything was as described. We were impressed with little things like lots of extra towels, toilet paper, pillows etc. The location was perfect and the building amenities were great and well maintained. Would absolutely stay again

Beautiful view

We felt well prepared in knowing that this listing needed some love. However, the stove/oven did not work, which is a large reason to rent VRBO- for the kitchen and ability to eat in. The space is very cozy and felt a little cramped. Looking past all of this, the balcony and view are why you visit SPI. We had a nice time, but will probably stay somewhere else when we return.

Great location…Property not so much.

Location and view were fantastic. Unfortunately the condo is very outdated and was not very clean. Toilet is old and will not flush unless you hold the handle down the entire time. Tub is old and was not clean. Shower head flew off and only stayed on when pressure was turned way down. Kitchen appliances are very outdated and were also not cleaned well. We will not be staying at this condo again.

Great Views/Needs Update

This place has a lot of potential. It is perfect for two people, no more. The only bedroom has a FULL BED, NOT A QUEEN BED. A queen bed would not fit. That was disappointing and should have been mentioned. The three drawer smelled so bad when I opened it that we would not use it. My husband put his clothes on the couch instead. The stove vent had so much rust that it was just gross. I suggest that the owners stay firsthand to see the much needed updates. The view made all of the difference. I would like to stay here again if it was updated.

Attitude from rental company

Called ahead of time to ask about amenities not listed and about the mold problem I had read about about in a current review. Person on the phone gave me attitude. Why am I not allowed to ask about the unit I have paid almost 2 grand for? Water went down on the island the last night of our stay. When I called to ask where we should go to use the bathroom, I got attitude and hung up on me. This was from the same guy. Have no idea why he has a job there. He gets paid to answer questions from the guest or does he just get paid to sit there and be condescending to guest?.

Very Disappointed in condition of Condo

Positive things first: the view of the gulf from the balcony is beautiful, the grounds, pool, hot tub, lobby, hallways and elevators were always clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Always quiet, no rowdy neighbors. The pictures of the inside of the condo that are posted on line are either 25 years old or photo shopped. I suspect photo shopped. There were at least 11 tiles throughout the condo that had large and long cracks. There were cracks in the wall and damaged places in the ceiling that had been inadequately repaired. All door faces and places on the walls needed painting. The range in the kitchen had a broken bottom drawer that would not close and was really rusted. The vent-a-hood over the range was also rusted. The shelf in the freezer of the refrigerator was also rusted. There were small nicks in the tile throughout the condo. In the living area of the condo there is a sofa sleeper that was very uncomfortable to sit on, a dining table with 4 wicker chairs, two bar stools and a trundle bed. The balcony had 5 plastic chairs with two of them broken and not a single table. The bedroom is tiny with a double bed, two small night stands and a small three drawer chest. There was about 15 inches between the chest and the end of the bed. There was only about 18 inches on either side of the bed from the wall. Only two small closets in the entire condo. The bathroom is the worst. The sink faucet was rusted. The bathtub faucet is also rusted and had small nicks in the bottom of the tub. This was the tiniest bathroom that I have ever seen. After talking to people staying in the building, I found out that this condo rented approximately $1000 more per month than the others and they were shocked. Needless to say, so was I. I would have never rented this condo if the pictures had been truthful. I have stayed in condos from the panhandle of Florida to Fort Meyers Beach and this condo is shameful compared to others. I don't think that it has ever been updated. Will not be returning. I have pictures of the inside of this condo.

Nice view

Loved the view but the property could use some updating. Had some weather days so we rented a movie at the Redbox to watch in the evening with our Toddler Daugher and it was not working properly. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Condo needs updated in a bad way, it’s very small and only has a full size bed which creaked loudly with any movement and the pillows were like rocks. The view is spectacular but the balcony is narrow. Whoever Took the pictures for the Ada deserves an Oscar because it is way smaller than the photos appear. Very disappointed in the on site staff who explained nothing, didn’t even tell us where the elevators were but in their defense it is a small building and not much looking around and we found them. Overall if you want to be close to the beach and have great views without luxury this place is for you. The grounds and pool are very well kept. I just hated being in our room and didn’t sleep well on the creaky beds.

Perfect location, condo needed some work

This location was in a perfect location, beautiful beach views and access as well as centrally located in town. Unfortunately, the condo itself needed some work. There was mold on the walls, the hot water didn’t work in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. For the little amount of time we spent in the condo, we were able to look past these issues and enjoy the ocean, which was the purpose of our trip!
