This was a very nice place to stay, easy access to the beach a nice pool and supplies to go to the beach. The bed was good. Pullout couch was a typical couch bed so my friend and I had to share a regular bed, but there was plenty of room. We walked to a lot of places or took the free bus. Would definitely recommend this place.

The property was as described. It had all the amenities we needed beach towels, beach chairs. It was a little difficult to navigate around the island without a car. But we did rent a golf cart, which helped very relaxing on the ocean.

Great location!

Sunrise, sunrise, sunrise! This little condo is perfect if you want sunrises and beach all day. Easy walking or catch the wave outside to take you other places. Perfect for two people. Shower is a little low on pressure but we didn’t mind that.

Nice little studio on the gulf. Steps to the beach. Everything was fine except Wi-Fi was weak at times. It’s dated but clean. Can’t beat the view on patio.

The condo is located right on the beach which is so convenient. The room is cozy an cute, the bed is super comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing, love being able to sit on the deck an watch the waves. We had a blast , it was a bit chilly this weekend but we still had fun and used the hot tub. Its near restaurants and shops. We did the banana boat ride with SPI excursions and they are only like 8 min away from condo. Overall we would rent this condo again. Its in a good location and clean.

Had what I needed for a comfortable week stay. A bit more north on island and did more walking than planned for music, food, and activities. Could hear neighbors noises on and off. Hot tub jets barely worked if that’s important to you.

The best beach front!!

We loved this second floor beach-front studio— we opened the drapes every morning to a glorious sunrise over the water. It was like being on a cruise ship with that view—but at the same fun port every day and no rush to get back to the ship in the evening. And our dog could be with us! Great walkway right out to the beach, nice pool and jacuzzi area, excellent parking. The apartment was very clean, and if you’re cooking, all plates, pots, itensils are there. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The owners were available and very responsive. We’ll be back!

Awesome beachfront Property For a Couple and a Dog

Perfect location and view at this studio. It actually seemed a bit updated from the pictures. Condos were safe and the room was easy to access being on the second floor. Off season was a perfect time to go! No crowds and no problems. Even caught a keeper trout in the surf right out front! Only thing was they didn't provide soap and shampoo in the shower the one time I don't bring any. No big deal though, the dollar general down the road has mini bottles. Nothing fancy, but definitely would stay again.

Mini Vaca

Property very nice, very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean, with easy access to the beach. Accommodations for pets nice, but a bit confusing when you first arrive. There is not a place on the property you’re staying at for them to go anywhere to relieve themselves. Yes, the contract states…must be taken away from the building. It isn’t clear where your allowed to take the. It’s inconvenient to find a place to relieve themselves; literally across the street to other properties that have grass. And when you first arrive, you’re not quite sure what to do because you don’t want to get in trouble going onto someone else’s property where you’re not staying. Condo has a portable A/C unit and very inconvenient to maintain. Especially when it shuts off in the middle of the night because water tank is full and needs to be emptied. Even though you empty it right before you go to sleep. Makes for an uncomfortable interrupted night of sleep during what is supposed to be a relaxing getaway.

The view was great...but

Arrived 5pm and could not find a parking place even remotely close. Arrived at front door and entered code and NOTHING... did this 3 times and still NOTHING. Called the manager and then was told what we needed to do as the keypad was not working. We messed with this in the almost 100-degree temps for at least 10 minutes before we could get in. Room is a dated and the murphy bed mattress was HORRIBLE ... like a broken-down futon. Then we get to the balcony and everything seemed better... what a view. Went out for the stroll on the beach and the location was not to bad..parking continued to be an issue so prepare to walk/haul things from your vehicle. Second night there we walked the beach and came back in to shower and get something to eat and there was no water... I called the manager and she was not very helpful and seemed a little unconcerned (I am sure she was able to shower and enjoy her evening) Not impressed with the manager / owner and feel she could have been more proactive. TV instructions are not for the correct remote so that was a learning curve. Walls had paint peeling off at ceiling like water damage etc. So, in closing the view was a 9/10 but the management was 3/10. Would have left her a better review if I thought she actually cared for her clients, but felt like she did not care and did not even apologize for some of the issues we had.

The hot tub was really hot yet we loved it being from MN. A little bummed about the pool being shut down while we were there. The keypad to get in the room was very touchy, the #1 was sticky. The beach and view was absolutely amazing though. Will for sure make another trip next year.

The hot tub was the perfect temperature. Tha AC went out and the host addressed the issue immediately by sending out a repairman. Having the ability to see the beach, no matter where you're at in the studio, was a major plus.
