1. The unit was not cleaned properly..dirt in corners, showers, etc., Carpet needed cleaning. Minor upgrades are needed to replace the bathroom vanity tops, dishes, silverware, baking and cookware,etc. Instructions about how to use the dishwasher, TV would be nice. No pride in ownership or management of the property was evident.
2. The check in process was easy. However, management company could have provided more information about what was going on due to the storm. They could have provided candles/flashlights. Instead of having the backup generators operate the elevators, there were stairs, they could have been used to provide electricity to guests. While all the power was out the management company could have provided someone to assist people checking in with their luggage.
3. There was a problem with Spectrum TV services and the Management did an excellent job chasing that. Otherwise we never heard a thing from them. Why is that?
4. The common areas (pools, courts, etc.) were cleaned daily and we're nice. It's a beautiful, fantastic location for a vacation.
5. Given the price we paid with all the management fees, we were expecting more.
