Spacious, clean and FAMILY FRIENDLY Condo

My kids (teens) loved the pool area and the distance to the beach. Huge plus when they say they would love to go back. Is away from all the traffic and businesses, however, there is free bus service to the other side. The complex is very clean and well taken care of. Definitely recommend for families with children of all ages.

Relaxing and fun

My kids I went on a mini vacation and really enjoyed the condo and our stay. While it was our first time going through this site and booking and staying in a condo vs hotel check in was a little confusing but we got it figured out. Once we were in the condo the boys were ready to hit the pool and beaches. The condo was clean and decently furnished just wished there were a few more things but over all we enjoyed our stay.

Worked perfect.

Used it as homebase to visit Starbase and watch the launch. The parking passes were in the room which wasn’t made clear to us before arrival. The property caretaker was very kind and helpful.

Very nice big space but a little stinky

I enjoyed the room we booked, the rooms were huge and it was a very spacious space but the only complaints i have is that the room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. Once we got the A/C running, it helped get rid of the smell but it always lingered. The other thing was that we got into one of the beds that was supposed to be clean and it was sandy! That was a big turn off as the room was supposed to be clean. The pool area was nice and roomy as well and big enough for everyone.

Extra charges just to use the pool and be at property

Had a bad experince wanted to get charge extra for wrist bands to use pool and be on property when nothing was mention on original agrement with verbo wristbands were mention but nothing about having to pay extra for pool use and to be on property

Safety & communication concerns

Wi-Fi didn’t work for half of our stay… turns out they gave the wrong info & had wrong info posted. The kitchen bar counter is not glued down & lifts up if kids put elbows on it. Large wooden shelf for beach stuff isn’t anchored to the wall & almost fell on our 3yo just from weight of bags on it. She was not climbing on it. Balcony Sliding door handle can easily pinch fingers. 2 kids smashed fingers & we had to ban them from opening or closing the door without an adult.
