Property is very mis-managed. Pool area and general property are poorly landscaped. Blinds in every room were broken and literally falling down. Bought a can of Raid to keep the roaches at bay. There was 3 drinking glasses in the whole house. No cleaning supplies for dishes. 1 extra trash bag. Laundry facility is coin operated and in very sad shape. We wound up taking ours to the laundromat. Sheets were horrible and felt like sleeping on sandpaper. The location is extremely convenient and would really be a great place with more care. All in all, was just unkept and mismanaged by Vacasa, which i guess is the company that owns it.

Good Stay

Home was nice. Unit had issues with the lock so we were locked out for a brief moment. The local manager came and was able to help us quickly and was super responsive. Property is good, shared pool area is nice.

Great location but not really worth the price

It smells really bad throughout the condo. It smells like weird chemicals mixed with urine so they probably need to use a different cleaning product because it’s pretty overwhelming when you first walk in. Also the king bed feels like your sleeping on springs and there was no comforter at all. For the price, you would think it would be nicer. The location was good though, close to the beach which is about the only thing this place has going for it unfortunately.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time booking on VRBO so I was skeptical but turned out to be great! Very short walk to the beach and the pool was a big plus.

Overall experience

My overall experience with the rental property was great. The only thing I would complain about is the cleanliness. I got a text message from someone saying they were taking extra prescription with Cleaning due to COVID 19 But when I checked it out there was hair in the master bathroom on the floor and in the shower. So I was disappointed with that, also I recommend bringing your own kitchen wear if you are going to be cooking. The residents has kitchen appliances but it is very limited.

Grimy!!!

This place was dirty! Ketchup stain on the wall. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards. Cigarette buds in the pool. The queen sized mattress smelled of urine. The only upgrade I saw was a terrible paint job. It's also a unit on the second floor. I have a toddler and I would have preferred not staying upstairs. There's no bath tub to give her a bath. The only reason we decided to spend over $300 per night was because we wanted to minimize any risks with Covid19. If I had known how dirty this place was going to be I would have taken my chances at a hotel.

Nice Stay

This place had exactly what we needed during our stay. The beds could have been more comfortable which is why I’m giving it a 4 out of 5. The only downside is that there isn’t anyone to contact directly with issues at hand. We were told about courtesy hours starting at 10pm but our neighbors in unit 3 were on our shared balcony until at least 4am. We couldn’t use the pool because their whole family utilized it the whole time. Needless to say no sleep was had but we aren’t a confrontational family.

Ehhhh

The AC never worked, they supposedly went to go fix it and it never worked. It never got cool. We were all disappointed. Also both the showers have mole. But other then that it was okay.
