Great!
Stayed for spring break with a group of girls. Was a quiet resort with very respectful guests. Condo looked like the photos. Only complaints is the beds aren’t very comfy and bad water pressure. But other than that a great experience and would stay again.

Loud noise
A building was being torn down, just across the swimming pool from us. Jackhammers, sledge hammers, heavy equipment, running all day long. The noise was absolutely unbearable so we could not spend any time during the day in the condo. That made it difficult for us as we are 75 years old and really needed to rest from time to time.

Pros: good location, beachfront access, property behind security, nice pools, hot tubs and beach front seating Cons: unit was well worn, cheap uncomfortable furniture; walls dirty and surfaces dusty and grimy; 3 sinks needed repair or replacement causing inconvenience and repair and service management, as well as a fire alarm incident requiring vacating the unit for 3 hours unplanned; unit number and key had slightly different numbers causing check in confusion and unit search

Long weekend getaway
Nice place but there were no windows in the secondary bedroom. The unit needed a cleaning; the bathrooms were clean and the bedding was fresh but the door/walls/vents were dirty. I am glad I packed my Clorox wipes.

Beach getaway with pet
Perfect pet friendly condo for our first visit to SPI. The condo had everything we needed for our five day stay. Steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property
Very nice condo, we had easy access to pool or beach. Host provided towels and everything was very clean. The property is older but condo has been redone beautifully. We did have a closet door that was off the hinges and were told someone was coming to fix but no one came while we were there. We had come in for a fishing tournament at the convention center so this place was a great location. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have pets. Loved it and will come back.

Wonderful experience
We are very satisfied with our stay and will hopefully come back next year. The property was exactly as advertised and clean. Our dogs enjoyed all of the open areas and staff was very nice. We would recommend this to anyone interested in a nice visit to South Padre Island.
