Condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Easy to check in and out. Great views, good location near beach and food, and everything you need to cook in condo if you dont want to eat out every meal.

Great family weekend stay

We went to south padre for a short weekend family vacation. This property was a great place to stay. Cozy condo with great amenities and easy quick access to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were an awesome relax point. We definitely want to stay here again for another family getaway.

Excellent Spring Break

My family had a wonderful time at Saida III. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Saida had a great beach area, pool area and the rental room was very clean and had a great view.

Lovely Place, Beautiful View

Almost perfect

Great property.....very disappointed however, the "Whiskey Shack" was closed even though we were told it should be open.....and property managers seemed to be under the impression that it was. The "Royale Club" building we were told we could use to borrow/rent rackets/balls to use while we were there, was also closed. If poolside food would have been available as was advertised and tennis/pickleball equipment was available to us.....then it would have been perfect.

Great Beach Condo

This place is definitely worth the price. The condo is very clean, modern appliances, and spacious enough for at least 6 adults. Balcony view is beautiful, easy walk to the beach, and pool/hot tub area is very nice. There is a full bar at the pool open during the busy months that is very convenient. The shopping center just outside the gate has late night eats and good retail stores.

Nice area and clean. The only downfall was the mattress in master bedroom was hard. So ended up sleeping in the other bedroom. Staff is very prompt in getting you the things you need. Enjoyed SPI!

U have everything like a house. Buy food and detergant ( its has washer and dryer). Trash outside

Everything was great! 100% recommended.Its has cable internet stove 2 complete bathroom dryer and washer. Trash despenser is near. 3 great pool. It has 4 tennis courts ( make sure u bring the rackets and the tennis ball). Pay 964 for 4 days / 3 night

Nice Updated Property

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and updated. The beds & furniture were both comfortable and the elevator access was very easy. The kitchen supplies were pretty basic, but we ate out so that wasn't an issue. The views from both front and back balconies were gorgeous. We haven't stayed that far south on the island and it was a great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The Saida property was extremely nice and very well maintained. The grounds and pool were immaculate. They were literally sweeping out the small leaves in the flower beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean condo with an ocean view

The condo was VERY clean! It smelled GREAT when we walked in! The location is perfect and being that it is a gated property, we felt very safe. The grounds are very well kept so everything looks beautiful and is clean. There is plenty of patio furniture in good condition to use. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo is stocked with VERY basic kitchen items. We only cooked breakfast, so what they have, was enough for our needs. If you plan on cooking all your meals, bring your pots and pans and don’t forget your spices! My only suggestion is to replace the pots and pans real soon. There are no beach items available for use in the condo, so don’t forget your beach towels, chairs, and umbrella!

The condo is very nice and clean. The only negatives I have address the check in process. You have to go to a separate building about a mile away to check in, get your parking pass and the code to the door. I also dislike when you travel to the beach and there are no beach towels at the minimum or chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. The pools are all unheated so not really useable this time of year. On a positive note the condo has been thoughtfully remodeled, the view from the balcony is nice and the bed and linens were wonderful.

Nice clean condo with a great view.

The 9th (out of 12) floor condo was roomy and clean. Older building, but maintained well. Grounds, including the 3 pools, 4 tennis courts, and poolside cabana (bar) we are really nice. When we were there (early April) it was not busy. We could get in a tennis court anytime. Pool chairs were always available. Only negative was the unit had nothing extra. You'll need to go buy coffee filters, toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc. Just expect that. The beach was a bit of a bummer. It's not soft, white sand like you'd expect or see in Florida. It's more of a brown sand, about as firm as concrete. Great for biking, but not awesome for barefoot walks. There was a lot of dead vegetation washed up on the beach. I was told that anything considered natural (like this seaweed and such) is not cleaned up. I understand why, as it's better for the ecosystem of the area, but it was a bit of a surprise to navigate walking around all of this on the beach. Finally, if you do want to find a clear area on the beach to sit or hang out, you either need to rent chairs (which are available to rent right at the end of the boardwalk from the complex), or bring your own chairs. NOTE - this review of the beach is just that. It has nothing to do with this particular condo rental. It's just information I wish I would've known ahead of time. Sunrise views were beautiful. The entire property is gated, and felt safe.Towel exchange is nice, but it's where you check in, which is approx 1 mile away.
