The Condo was very nice and clean when we arrived. The view was great. This was our first visit to South Padre and we enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept.

Condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Easy to check in and out. Great views, good location near beach and food, and everything you need to cook in condo if you dont want to eat out every meal.

Great family weekend stay

We went to south padre for a short weekend family vacation. This property was a great place to stay. Cozy condo with great amenities and easy quick access to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were an awesome relax point. We definitely want to stay here again for another family getaway.

Excellent Spring Break

My family had a wonderful time at Saida III. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Saida had a great beach area, pool area and the rental room was very clean and had a great view.

Great Beach Condo

This place is definitely worth the price. The condo is very clean, modern appliances, and spacious enough for at least 6 adults. Balcony view is beautiful, easy walk to the beach, and pool/hot tub area is very nice. There is a full bar at the pool open during the busy months that is very convenient. The shopping center just outside the gate has late night eats and good retail stores.
