This condo was big! The furniture in the whole place was updated and nice! Great communication from the Property Management Company! We rented two condos on the island for this trip and this one did not disappoint!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time! It was a great place to stay. If you’re looking for a more homey place like your own home this is it. It felt like we were at home the entire time. It was very clean a little outdated but it was perfect for our little family.

Comfortable and spacious

Absolutely loved staying here! It was close to the beach and the view of the pool was great! As soon as we walked it, it was so clean! Only downside is the outlets by both restrooms don’t work so we had to curl our hair facing the wall. Other than that, we’d stay here again!

Need some work

The furniture is broken down and uncomfortable, the beds need new mattress, toilets are toddler height, bathroom vanities are old and deteriorated. The windows leak air so bad the wind moves the curtains. The only thing good about the unit is the location ,green space and owners and other travelers. Watch out for high fees!!!!!

Needs update......Huge Fees

Extremely disappointed in this unit for the amount of money we paid for a 5 week stay. The mattress is horrible, toilets are toddler height. Bathroom vanities are low and deteriorated. Bathroom fan was hanging and full of dust bunnies. Windows need replaced or very least sealed. Took 10 days to get kitchen light fixture working. Vacasa has some creative bookkeeping to justify fees to aid their profit margin. The location is good along with the green space owner and other travelers We will not be using Vacasa for any further rentals

Hmm… Houston we have a problem

The condo as a whole was very good, it was clean and recently updated. Lots of space for a 2bd/2bth. 3 pretty large issues though, 1st and foremost the company used to do the updates was garbage. There was a very large sign hung above the bed that was only held up by brad nails in Sheetrock with no stud or backing. The sign fell and hit me and my wife on the head one morning. Left a huge knot and migraine on her that lasted 2 days and she couldn’t leave the condo. Probably had a concussion, I’m furious. I tried reaching out through email with no response. There are no ceiling fans, it gets stifling in there with the humidity. No washer and dryer either so bring pretty of extras. Location was good

Lovely Beach Condo

Nice pool

We stayed here 2 nights due to an event we were attending at the island. It was convenient and worked well for this reason. Had we been staying longer I would not come back simply because of the beds. Both were hard and uncomfortable. The place was clean enough when we got there. There was enough sheets and towels. The pool was great for our little ones. Not crowded so that was even better! Condo was really close to the beach although we didn’t visit it on this stay.

Nice place overall!

The condo we rented was clean, spacious, and located close to the beach! It had everything we needed to enjoy of vacation. Outside of loud people in the pool at 5 in the morning. No compliants.

Not what I expected!!

Pictures and description showed 2 twins and a sleeper sofa were in the condo and it wasn't as described there was no sleeper sofa and only one full. The queen bed was broken and caving in. I had to repair the bed myself after sleeping on a broken bed the first night. There was no parking pass left for us. Contacted vacasa and was told some one would contact me. I never heard from anyone and spent hole weekend worrying my vehicle would be towed. Kitchen sink wouldn't drain, couldn't even use the dishwasher because it backed the sink up more. Faucet in kitchen sink was about to fall off. I could keep going bit there were more small things that all just added up to a not so great first experience with vbro / vacasa not to mention all of the hidden added fees at checkout online.

Reasonable

Condo was really nice just needs some minor up keeping. Didn’t have power when we arrived but Maintenance jumped right on problem. We had no hot water for the entire week and floors were a bit dirty. Liked that we had new towels but we had lint stuck to our bodies. The location is great it was close to the beach. Like I said not to bad just needs some minor attention. ☺️

Great place

I used to stay there when I was a kid, this time I took my kids! And is the same relaxing vibe! With a great walking distance to the beach access and loved the easy check in and check out! Got a call from someone making it personal and they offered to call them if I have any questions! I love it! I regret didn’t get more days at the time of my reservation because we didn’t wanted to leave!

Good.

The Pros: The location of this condo in relation to the beach is great. Easy to walk out the front door and be at the ocean. The pool was fantastic! It had the sun all day, and was very well maintained. We spent our mornings in the pool before heading to the beach. Oh, and the condo patio was nice. We’d sit out there drink coffee in morning or cocktails in the evening. There is a smart TV that’s easy to use. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Cooked a lot of meals and had everything we needed. Major plus! The Cons: The condo itself was okayish. The furniture was pretty worn out. The beds and couch were not comfortable. When the weekend roll around and the other units were full, the complex was really noisy. I’m sure other locations on the island are like this but just something to note. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed for about 10 days and the condo it was good enough since we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Would have been nice to have better beds & a more comfortable couch for the amount of time we stayed. I give 5 stars to the pool & beach access. The unit and condo complex is 3. So the average is 4 stars.

This place needs a major facelift!

I don't generally like to be a negative review, but this place is really in need of some TLC or an outright remodel! The walls are scuffed throughout, the ceiling paint is peeling, the blinds in the living room can't be opened, the cabinets are old and beat up, the kitchen fridge is rusted, the master toilet was dripping, lighting is very poor throughout. It felt like checking into an old motel, even though the place is clean, the location is very convenient to the beach and the pool and pool grounds are enjoyable. It does not look like the pictures and Vacasa would not allow me to change units. In the end it was a pleasant stay because of the location and the pool and hot tub, but not because of the unit.
