BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. ”

“At first, seemed an ideal property. It wasn't. Arrived to the property about 9pm after a long day. Tried the door code. It didn't work. Attempted multiple times, before contacting the unit hosts. They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010.
