「Stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment is exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. No real complaints except for the process of the key fobs as it took some time to figure it out. But other than that I would definitely stay again now that I am familiar of the process. 「Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. 「There was a little confusion at first because I didn’t realize the host would send the last minute details in an email (I don’t ever check my emails on vacation). She did answer right away to my call, explained their process (there is a form that must be signed prior to getting the code), and text me the instructions. Once we were in it was easy peazy. Very cute place in a perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood. 」

「This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable...

「This was not marketed accurately. The address given at the day of scheduling is totally different from the actual stay. I did not appreciate this. There is a charge for parking that is not mentioned at all. The unit is not cleaned just straightened up per guest. The toilet doesn’t flush by handle. Vrbo is not allowed at this unit and they can shut down your access. Vrbo was not helpful at all」
