"Great experience. The house is clean, bright and comfortable. The hosts responded promptly to any messages. We even received a message letting us know the house was ready for us well in advance of regular check-in. The only thing missing is outdoor furniture. There was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Great location and proximity to Duluth and attractions. Beautiful spot on the water with deck and kayaks to use. House is very spacious with lots of various entertaining rooms. It is very dated- floors creak a lot, no central air and window units make for varying levels of cool and humidity throughout. The water is hard with a slight odor and yellowish color. "Excellent stay, the kitchen is much larger than pictures and so sweet of the hosts to include Duluth Coffee Co grounds for coffee each morning. As previously noted, the only bathroom is located upstairs but if you know that it’s not a big deal. We did not use any washer/dryer during our stay but I’m guessing that would have been in the basement. Excellent communication and such easy access to anywhere in Duluth!"

"This was a great property for large family sizes. We had young kids 1-4 years old and we all had a blast. The kids loved the large space to play. The many bedrooms made it easy for a quiet nap place. The large kitchen and living room was perfect for accommodating our group. We also enjoyed almost countless hours playing in the water by the lake. It was so beautiful. The host was responsive with questions, kitchen was fully stocked, and beds were very comfortable.
