“We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come……

“Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. ”

“There was room enough for everyone. I like the recording ring doorbell. I like bathroom connect to bedroom. I didn’t like the wide open vent in the floor leading to bathroom. The bathroom door is on backwards. The coffee pot was molded. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed is too close to the wall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I probably would stay there again but the price was high for the condition of the house. This house needs a lot of maintenance.”

“We had a group of 8 that was attending a basketball tournament at McCormick Place. The house is an easy 10 minute drive from McCormick, and it was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The house is very large and spacious. We could have had a bigger group and still would have had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were decent. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, and they even provided small soaps and toiletries in all the bathrooms, which was a nice surprise.……

“Great spot for some friends to get together. Free parking is guaranteed late at night, but difficult to find in the mornings. The street that the property is on has non-permit street parking. CTA red line is a few minutes walking, so we had no issues traveling to our event without driving. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating for some last-minute guest arrangements ”
