Bonus that the property is pet-friendly, since we had our pups with us. There was a little mix-up at check-in that was totally MY fault, but the host was very responsive and gracious, as she had to drive out to meet us at the property so we could rectify the situation. “Great location! Took us less than a couple of minutes to walk to the Riverwalk. Best time ever and our first time to visit San Antonio!!!! We walked everywhere and was still not very far from our VRBO loved it !!!!”

“The room was really nice. It was in a perfect location. The backyard was beautiful. There are a couple of things that could make the property a little better. It could have ADA accommodation. It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths. Extra outlets to charge our Cell phones, tablets, and smartwatches. ”

“What I reserved (6 person suite) was not provided; I was provided 1 king bed and 1 love seat (not a fold out bed). Mgt refused to give refund, very uncooperative and even combative. We had to beg for extra sheets, blankets and pillows to be able to sleep on the tile floor. Room pics advertised a jacuzzi, again false advertising. They swindle you on purpose! After check in, they changed the pics. This is a Texas inn and suites, which wasn’t obvious from their listing or pictures. TOTAL SCAM!……

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
