"My family and I stayed for two weeks at this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The pool is gorgeous. They had fire shows (about 15 min) on certain nights that were fun to watch. As with any restaurant that is part of a hotel, be prepared to spend. The food is great though. My kids (ages 8&4) had an amazing time. Although I wouldn’t say the resort is geared towards kids, it is still kid friendly. They have a kids center where my children would enjoy going to. Overall my trip was nothing short of amazing and having a comfortable and safe place to sleep made it all the better."

"Our stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever encountered. From our warm welcome at check-in to our departure, they made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, with an incredible pool and breathtaking views overlooking the beach. What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was the outstanding customer service. Since it was our first time in Thailand, the staff went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations, arranging transportation around the resort, providing excellent room service, and making breakfast a wonderful experience each morning. Everything was truly five-star. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort and would absolutely stay here again!"

"We had a lovely stay at Graceland Resort. Our room was fantastic as we had pool access and would definitely book this again Our room was also wonderfully clean thanks to our amazing housekeeper Arisa. She greeted us with a warm and friendly hello and smile each and every day, and when we saw her in-between. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful and are what made our stay great. Some areas of the hotel could do with some maintenance including new fitness bikes in the gym as they didn't work as they should. The gym provided a great range of equipment which enabled us to keep up our gym regime while away. The main restaurant was being refurbished while we were there so we had our daily breakfast at the front restaurant which was superb as we could see the ocean while having breakfast. This was one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel location is superb as it's just across from the beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla. A special thank you for my birthday wishes and cake which was an unexpected surprise."

"We had terrible weather and the beach was closed the whole time we were there but not even that could dampen our spirits as the hotel was fantastic!. We stayed in the Thani wing in an ocean view junior suit. We weren’t on a package but we found each of the food outlets to be reasonable. We travelled with our 7 year old and he absolutely loved. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - food was amazing - facilities excellent. It was so good we had planned to stay in another hotel in Khao lak for a week after our stay but we stayed only one night and went back to Katathani. Definitely recommend it to others!"
