"The villa is very big. The staff is nice and kind, always eager to help. But I think this place needs some maintenance or maybe even renovation. During our stay, 2 of our bedroom's toilets were clogged and were never repaired since. The situation got even worse on the last night, the septic tank water reversely flooded onto our yard causing the stinky smell all over our yard and pool. The breakfast is another part that should get a 1 star. We stayed there for 5 straight nights, and every morning the breakfast menu never changed. Imagine you stay at a place where not too many restaurants and shops nearby and your only choice is the same menu same as yesterday and the day before yesterday which is quite pretty frustrating. Considering the price we paid for the 4 bedroom villa and could only get this kind of quality of service, we would try somewhere else next time."
