「This was a wonderful place for me, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. We had an initial issue, but Jackie took care of it as quickly as possible.It’s a perfect location for exploring the cape. We went to five baseball games and 2 shows and it was a great middle point for our adventures.The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (but no lobster pot), and the weather was nice enough that my daughter could use the porch as her bedroom. 「This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip. Cottage is adorable and the porch is amazing. We cooked most our meals and the kitchen was all you need. Hosts were more than helpful and we look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you!!!!」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
