「Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. 」

「When you walk in the double doors that are supposed to be automatic, you have to actually pry open with your hands and close behind you. You see a hole through the wall with a water pipe. Sticking out sticking or a pipe sticking out. Then, when you go under your room, there's a there was a bag on my ceiling light in the bathroom. They said it was there to keep from the glass to falling down the breakfast that was supposed to be included was c***. It was literally just cereal.」

「False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding.」

「From check in to check out; everything was handled with professionalism and manner. Would definitely stay again.」

「The highway noise on the 3rd floor was horrible. I won’t select this location again. The breakfast food was only warm; I had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and link sausage. I was disappointed that the room didn’t have USB receptacles to charge my electronics. 」
