This property clearly prioritizes customer service. From the staff at the restaurant / bar to the staff assistance when I couldn’t do the automated checkin (Expedia reservations / non-UK addresses don’t line up with their system), you could tell that they wanted you to be delighted with your stay. Checkin took longer than necessary. I wanted to pay in cash for the one night stay. They automatically charged to my credit card without asking. Then they needed my id to pay in cash. Not sure why but that took some extra time. I did not have breakfast at hotel.
